Quick breads are a godsend when you're in a hurry. These are my "go to" recipes when I need something fast but good. Plus, they are easy but that will not diminish how delicious they are. Make one of these quick breads and ask your family or guests what they think. Because they are easy, these are great cards for your rookie baker friends.
